The Board normally meets at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of every month. Regular meetings alternate between Lipman and Panorama Schools, with all summer meetings held at Lipman. Most special board meetings are held at Lipman School. Please see the link at left for board calendar for schedule of meetings.
Board meetings are accessible to people with disabilities. Government Code 54957.5 states that public records that related to any item on the open session agenda for a regular board meeting are available for public inspection. Those records that are distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting are available for public inspection at the same time they are distributed to all members, or a majority of the members of the Board. The Board has designated the office at One Solano Street, Brisbane, CA 94005, for the purpose of making those public records available for inspection. Individuals desiring electronic copies of Board agendas should request to be added be added to the distribution list by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
