The Board normally meets at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of every month.  Regular meetings alternate between Lipman and Panorama Schools, with all summer meetings held at Lipman.  Most special board meetings are held at Lipman School.  Please see the link at left for board calendar for schedule of meetings.   

Board meetings are accessible to people with disabilities.  Individuals who need special assistance or a disability-related modification or accommodation (including auxiliary aids or services) to participate in this meeting; or who have a disability and wish to request an alternative format for the agenda, meeting notice, agenda packet or other writings that may be distributed at the meeting, should contact Aida Gamba at least ten (10) working days before the meeting at 415-467-0550, fax 415-467-2914, or email at brisbaneschools@race.com.  Notification in advance of this meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangement to ensure accessibility to this meeting and the materials related to it. 

Government Code 54957.5 states that public records that related to any item on the open session agenda for a regular board meeting are available for public inspection.  Those records that are distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting are available for public inspection at the same time they are distributed to all members, or a majority of the members of the Board.  The Board has designated the office at One Solano Street, Brisbane, CA 94005, for the purpose of making those public records available for inspection.  Individuals desiring electronic copies of Board agendas should request to be added be added to the distribution list by sending an email to brisbaneschools@race.com.
